You can do whatever the H you want with it, and you don't really give a doo-doo. It's $60. I mean, really.
Follow me on this laundry room floor crazy train, would ya? The "quickie" version?
I hope that doesn't make you feel cheap. Or used.

It started as Bright White.
Which lasted for 5.2434576 seconds.
Then it went to what some may call. . . "dirty".

I like to think of it as "Antique Grey".
So I strapped on a set and went all out black.

And there it was. 'N I liked it. Had no problems with it.
But ya know what? I had a dream. I've had a dream for a long time. Yes-- I changed things up again. Can't promise I won't change it up again. And againandagain.
Little sneaky peeky? Wanna see what the washer sees? Sure ya do.

Lucky washer.
Yep. Checkers. Oh my staarrrrs. . .I've always wanted black 'n white checkers.
I've got quite a few touch-ups to complete-- off to finish.

Show ya when I'm all done. (wink wink)
*UPDATE*

I, for one, am very glad you are not content to leave well enough alone. Leaving perfectly good things alone is for boring people!
I love it!!
You never fail to make me laugh with your posts!! I love the floor-looks so casual and classy at the same time. Best is the price.
Fantastic job!

I am in loooovvve with the black & white squares! perfect.
I like all of them -- but the black/white checks is the most fun!
Love the checkers!!!
I LOVE it!! I too want a black 'n white checked floor but I don't know where it put it (other thanks a room).
Remember that variety is the spice of life :o)
Once again you AMAZE me!!
AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING!!
Ahhh this is my favorite version by far!! Does the hubs like it? If I recall he wasn't crazy about the floor to begin with but this is so cool - you're going to start a pinterest craze!
I love it! and I am totally jealous. One day in my dream house I will have a black and white kitchen with red accents!!
I LOVE your floor!!! Awesome job!!!!
Nancy
Omg it's so fabulous!!
how do you do so much in one short little day? You seriously amaze me. I'm lucky to get the laundry done-yet alone paint the floor twelve times :) Incredible work!
Love, Love, LOVE! Your floor! I want to try it! Willing to share instructions? Did you cut the plywood or does it come in planks...sorry, I learning.
If you would be willing to share, please email me at RNnett@msn.com
Thanks! Love your blog by the way! You remind me of myself, minus the power tool skills - But I am learning.
I think the plywood's awesome. Do you ever have any issues with splinters?
Rockin' it yo! That floor is awesome defined. I love it. I want to do it right now, this second. Your blog is great too. And do not worry about pressure to produce or perform. I've been following some bloggers for four years (kinda like stalking huh?) and am so happy for them and worry for them and cheer for them. Relax. Enjoy your blog for you. We will like it because you like it. =)

Love this floor. What was your subfloor and if concrete, how did you nail it??? Also did you sand each plank or after floor was down?
Loooove the black! :)
I'm with everyone else...how did you cut the planks?
Do u have a step by step tutorial on how u did this floor ?
Your floor looks great and I've convinced Hubby to go for this too in our new space! I have this linked to my "plywood" post as well - everything from plywood floors (you) to the ceiling, it's a popular trend!
I wanted to do a plywood floor in one room - so we can go ahead and get rid of the white carpet, but before we're ready to shell out $$$ to replace all the floors. Hubs couldn't picture it, now I can show him. Thanks
I agree. Do you have a step by step on the plywood flooring. My fiance and I were debating on the "paper bag flooring," but this seems way more appealing. Could you help a sista out!? Puhlease!
Joining the ranks. . .Pleaz pleaz! share a step by step on that $60 investment. I may never go to sleep.

Love the idea of a plywood floor that can be painted and repainted and even painted again but, help me out with the install, did you nail each piece or staple gun or glue??
Beautiful! It is always good to see DIY projects done the right way. I love how you just decided that white is the best partner for black! I used the same strategy on my friend’s bedroom floor when she decided she wanted to get rid of her 2-year-old carpet. It came out well, just like your laundry room, the gang just loved taking random pictures. I hope to see more of your amazing projects! This will definitely inspire others who have flooring Honolulu projects of their own out there. Thanks for sharing.
I just love how you can do just about anything with your plywood floors. It is cheap enough that you can experiment with it. Not that I am saying it doesn’t look good because it looks fabulous. The black and white checkers are perfect from what I am assuming as a laundry room? Great Job! Another way to refresh the look of your flooring Houston (as an example). I hope you change it up again in the near future!
Can i get some instructions as well? Thank you sammyleebun@yahoo.com
Quote is from the movie Clue! circa 1985... I'm right, right?!? LOL The floor is great and I enjoy your blog, your hilarious
You like to hear us beg don't you? Okay then......pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaase tell us how you did it. I hate my tile floor and I need a chic cheap alternative and this it's perfect. Do you think it'll work in a kitchen with all the spills that go on in there?
Did you use a router or did you cut the plywood into individual boards?
You are hilarious I am so enjoying reading this blog. My husband is sleeping next to me and I keep waking him up from giggling ;-). I love the floor and all the trim to the walls its so easy and perfect. I can never get the corners right like ever, poooooy. I'm so doing that floor in or master bathroom. Any and all tips would be great, but no pressure ;-)thanks Amy
By the way I'm Amy I don't know why my Google is coming up Dr. Steven that's my hubby.awoltin@gmail.com or awoltin@woltin.com. wherever you bought the plywood, did they cut it for you? If not how did you do it and did you use glue or screws? Questions questions......
