I am heading over to read your post, but I am gonna share something with you that will crack you up. At home on my treadmill I exercise in my sports bra and underwear and of course shoes and that's all. Doesn't that paint a pretty picture for ya?

Loving this post! I too am a fan of the 80s aerobics; it reminds me of my mom. Have you tried Bodies in Motion with Gilad? Cheesy but rhythmic and the workouts are fun and "doable". Now, as for working out in the nood...let's just say that's a little TOO wobbly for my wobbly bits. But I bet you have a blast!
